Books can be ordered by a letter to the above address clearly stating your name and address together with a British cheque made out to Folly Publications. Delivery in the U.K. is £1.25 per Castles or Churches book and 60p per Walking book. Orders worth more than £30.00 are delivered free in the UK. You are welcome to collect your books in person, but always ring Mike first.

Delivery times may be somewhat variable, especially during the summer months. Normally I will try to post the books within a few days of your cheque arriving here, but at some times of the year delivery to you could take up to a month. If you need a book urgently (eg. as a present or for a field-trip) I suggest you ring first to check that I can meet your required schedule, or try one of the retailers listed below.

Trade discount to shops is normally 35% but is negotiable on large orders.

Delivery could be slow if they don't have what you want in stock but they usually have at least one copy of each of about 35 of my 50 titles. Titles in short supply (see 'Stock Availability' page)  are only available direct from me.

UK customers wanting several of my books please use one of the offers advertised on this site (see 'Mail Order Offers' page) to get a good deal, or write or ring for a quote on big orders. If you just want one book I suggest you try Oxbow. Most other shops only stock the castles book and churches book for their own area, but you could try:
